Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the CoinFrenzy Marketing Partner Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age
A legal resident of an eligible U.S. state
Legally able to enter binding contracts

The Program is void in CA, CT, DE, ID, LA, MN, MT, NV, NJ, NY, TN, WA, and where prohibited by law.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Marketing partners are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws. No employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture is created.

4. Compensation

Partners receive performance-based compensation calculated as a percentage of net revenue from qualifying referrals. Compensation is not guaranteed. Amounts and terms may change with notice. Payment requires valid tax information (W-9).

5. Compliance Requirements

Partners must:

Follow all provided marketing guidelines
Make no false or misleading claims
Disclose the partnership relationship as required by FTC guidelines
Not make income guarantees or unrealistic promises
Use only approved messaging and terminology

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Spam or engage in unsolicited mass messaging
Use misleading advertising
Target minors or restricted jurisdictions
Misrepresent the platform or program
Violate any applicable laws or platform terms

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this relationship at any time for any reason. We may immediately terminate for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to partner resources will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Labz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to you in the 90 days prior to any claim.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
