1. Platform Overview

CoinFrenzy operates as a Social Sweepstakes platform with two types of virtual currency:

• Gold Coins (GC) – Used for social, entertainment-only play. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
• Sweeps Coins (SC) – Promotional currency that can be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins are obtained through promotional offers and free entry methods.

2. Free Entry Methods

Sweeps Coins can be obtained at no cost through:

• Daily login bonuses
• Mail-in requests (see platform for details)
• Social media promotions
• Other promotional offers

3. Eligibility

To participate in sweepstakes:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a legal U.S. resident in an eligible state
• Must not be an employee of Lucky Labz LLC or immediate family members

4. Void Jurisdictions

Sweepstakes are void in: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and where prohibited by law.

5. Prize Redemption

Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes subject to:

• Minimum redemption thresholds
• Identity verification requirements
• Tax reporting requirements (prizes over $600 require W-9)
• Processing times as stated on the platform

6. Not Gambling

CoinFrenzy is a social sweepstakes platform. This is NOT real-money gambling. Gold Coins are for entertainment only. Sweeps Coins are promotional entries that can be redeemed for prizes under sweepstakes rules.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the specific game and number of entries. Results are determined by certified random number generators.

8. Sponsor

The sweepstakes are sponsored by Lucky Labz LLC.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time. All decisions are final. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
